Many of the weddings we work on begin before a venue has been secured. Having worked on private-property weddings across Victoria for many years, we can help identify what makes a great marquee wedding location and provide guidance on the practical considerations that are often overlooked.

We also work alongside a number of beautiful private properties, venues, planners, and industry professionals, and would be happy to point you in the right direction if you're still exploring your options.

Private-property weddings involve a lot of moving parts, and an experienced wedding planner can be an invaluable resource throughout the planning process.

While we provide guidance on layouts, logistics, infrastructure, guest flow, supplier recommendations, and the practical considerations that come with hosting a wedding on private property, our role is different to that of a dedicated wedding planner.

We are not wedding planners. Our focus is creating and delivering the physical environment for your wedding, while helping guide the planning and logistical aspects that sit within our scope.

For the overall planning and coordination of your wedding, we'd always recommend working with a dedicated wedding planner. At the very least, we'd suggest having an experienced on-the-day coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly.

While we take a design-led approach to every wedding and provide styling and sourcing support, our role is different to that of a dedicated wedding stylist.

We help shape the overall look and feel of your wedding through marquees, layouts, furniture, lighting, and styling elements within our scope.

For florals, stationery, signage, and broader visual direction, we'd recommend working with a wedding stylist and would be happy to provide recommendations.

Creating floor plans and layouts is a fundamental part of what we do. We'll work with you to determine the best use of the space, considering guest numbers, catering requirements, service flow, dance floors, bars, lounges, amenities, and overall guest experience.

We regularly work directly with couples, as well as alongside wedding planners, stylists, and venues throughout Victoria. Whether you're planning the wedding yourself or working with a professional team, we're happy to support whichever approach works best for you.

While we carry a carefully curated range of marquees, furniture, and equipment, we understand that every wedding is different. If there's a particular item, finish, or feature that isn't part of our existing collection, we can often source it on your behalf or have it custom made specifically for your wedding.

Every couple, property, and celebration is different, so we don't offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we create a package around your vision, guest numbers, venue, and the level of support you're looking for.

Every wedding we create is different, so we don't have a fixed package price. However, we do have a minimum spend of $8,500.

The overall investment will depend on factors such as guest numbers, location, venue access, marquee style and size, infrastructure requirements, and the level of planning and support needed to bring your vision to life.

The best way to understand likely costs is to get in touch and tell us a little about your plans. We'll then prepare a tailored proposal based on your wedding, your priorities, and the experience you'd like to create.

We include a backup marquee option as part of every Open-Air / Alfresco Package we create, giving you a genuine wet-weather Plan B that's ready to go if the forecast turns.

Because the marquee is factored into the planning from the very beginning, we can have it ready to install right up until the last minute if needed.

We do not offer wet-weather marquee hire as a standalone service. Every backup solution we create is planned alongside the wedding itself, ensuring it feels like part of the original vision should it ever need to be used.
