The Initial Conversation
Every wedding starts with a conversation.
We'll talk through your date, property, guest numbers, ideas, and how you'd like your wedding to feel. Whether you're still exploring ideas or already have clear plans in mind, we'll start by understanding your property, your priorities, and the experience you're hoping to create.
This first conversation is all about understanding what's important to you.
Step 2 of 7
Site Visit & Discovery
The best private-property weddings begin with understanding the property itself.
We'll visit the site, walk the space with you, and start identifying opportunities, challenges, and possibilities. We'll consider everything from guest flow and catering requirements to access, power, lighting, weather contingencies, and infrastructure requirements.
This is where possibility becomes a plan.
Step 3 of 7
Concept Development
Once we understand the property and your vision, we'll begin developing a concept tailored specifically to your wedding.
This typically includes:
Marquee Recommendations, Furniture and Styling Direction, Floor Plans and Site Layouts, Wet-Weather Planning, Guest Experience Considerations, Site Logistics
No two weddings are the same, which is why every concept is shaped around the couple, the property, and the celebration itself.
Step 4 of 7
Planning & Refinement
As your wedding evolves, so does the plan.
We'll continue refining layouts, assisting with logistics, and working alongside your planner, stylist, venue, and other suppliers as the plans come together.
This stage is often where our experience with private-property weddings becomes particularly valuable, helping identify challenges early, when they're easiest to solve.
Step 5 of 7
Build & Installation
When build week arrives, the same team you've been working with throughout the planning process is the team you'll see on site delivering your wedding.
Marquees, flooring, furniture, lighting, infrastructure, and styling elements are installed according to the plans we've developed together.
Nothing is left open to interpretation.
Step 6 of 7
Your Wedding Day
Our involvement doesn't end once the marquee is installed.
Working alongside your planner or on-the-day coordinator, we'll be there to complete final checks, fine-tune layouts, and help ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
Because the planning shouldn't stop the moment the build is complete.
Step 7 of 7
Pack-Down
Once the celebrations are over, we'll return to carefully dismantle and remove everything we've installed.
Just as importantly, we'll ensure the property is respected throughout the process.
The final stage of the journey, completed with the same care as every stage before it.
